**Creating the Cover Sheet**

If the "Complete your audit here" option is provided for the audit you can run a cover sheet by selecting the store from the main Dashboard's Audit Status quadrant and clicking the "View and print a cover sheet of the audit". A report in .pdf format of the audit will be created and displayed. You can save the report locally and print it or email it as needed. The ability to create a cover sheet is also provided in the "Manage Respondent" section.
