Setting up Alerts

1. Select the audit and click Create/Edit Questions.

2. Select the question at the point in the audit that you would like to add an alert.

3. Select the Advanced Features tab and click Send email alert.

Complete the alert making sure the Open new case checkbox is selected at the bottom of the form (note: alerts can be configured to notify only and not open a case by deselecting the Open new case checkbox).
