**Case & Engagement Management** We use both case and engagement to describe the case management module within blazingAudit. Cases are opened in two ways: 1. Based on an answer to one or more questions as defined by an [[start:alerts|alert setup]] when designing the audit. 2. From the respondent (audit target) management page using the Open a new case option after selecting an audit respondent. Multiple cases can be opened by a single audit, and once opened the [[start:case management|case can be managed]] by an audit administrator.
