G. Alteration of licensed docks

For any dock licensed by the DEP and approved by the Town of Orleans, any enlargement in height, total footprint including but not limited to addition of size or number of floats, or any movement of the structure relative to its shoreline position, will require the filing of a Notice of Intent. Changes to the dock must be acceptable to the DEP under the existing license or a new license must be requested and approved before making changes to an existing dock. If a new license is requested the dock must meet all current regulations for docks.
